Open rates are monitored: a drop is the first sign of a deliverability problem.

Every sequence, usually three to five emails, is submitted to you before the first send: subject lines, message bodies, personalised variants and the spacing of follow-ups. You approve, you edit, or you rewrite. The messages go out in your name, so nothing leaves without your explicit consent. The prospect list follows the same principle: you see it before it is used and you can remove anyone, a competitor, an existing client, a contact you would rather approach yourself. Once live, follow-ups stop automatically as soon as a prospect replies, so nobody is chased after already engaging.
