Your data, your rights
You may have talked to one of our agents on a company website, or received a business message from us. In both cases, you can ask us for access to your data, its correction, its erasure, or object to its processing. This page is made for that, and your request is timestamped here.
Who answers, and for what
If you talked to an agent installed on a company website, that company decides what is collected and why: it is the controller, we are only its processor. We record your request, forward it without delay, and tell you to whom it was forwarded. Please name the site in the form, it saves us from searching data that is not yours.
If you received a business prospecting message from us, we are the controller and the request is entirely ours to answer. An objection is then immediate and final: your address goes on an opt-out list kept without time limit, whose only purpose is to guarantee you are never contacted again.
Exercising a right is free. A manifestly unfounded or excessively repetitive request may be refused, in which case the refusal is reasoned and all remedies remain open to you.
File a request
We ask only for what is needed: an address to recognise you and answer you, and the nature of your request. We record neither your IP address nor your browser on this form.
What happens next
You immediately receive an acknowledgement by email. It carries the deadline for our answer: one month from receipt, under Article 12(3) GDPR. If the request is complex, that period may be extended by two months, in which case we tell you why before it expires.
We may ask you for an additional element if a reasonable doubt remains about your identity. This is not a delaying tactic: without that check, anyone could obtain your data by writing in your place. The period is then suspended until you answer.

You further have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, without having to contact us first.
