This site runs without any advertising tracker. The only thing we measure is audience, and it does not start until you have accepted it.

What is stored without your agreement
Nothing that tracks you. Only what the site strictly needs to work: your language choice, the authentication session if you access a client area or the back office, and your answer to the consent banner itself. Without that last one, the banner would reappear on every page and your refusal would not be honoured from one visit to the next.
None of this builds a profile or is shared with a third party. It falls under the exemption for strictly necessary trackers.
What is stored only if you accept
Audience measurement, provided by PostHog, hosted in the European Union. It tells us which pages get read, where visitors come from and where they stop. It also records navigation paths in a form where every form input is masked at the source.
Until you accept, the measurement script is not even downloaded: no identifier is created, no measurement cookie is written. That is the point of the prior consent requirement in Article 129 of the Belgian Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications.
Retention: measurement events are kept for twelve months, then deleted. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time below, without affecting the lawfulness of what was measured before.
Widgets on our clients’ websites
If you chat with a Flows Studio assistant on another company’s website, that company is the data controller and its own policy governs the trackers set on its site. We act there as a processor, on its behalf and on its instructions.
The content of that conversation is processed under our data processing agreement with them. To exercise your rights over those exchanges, contact the company whose site you are visiting; you may also write to us and we will pass it on.
Changing your mind
Your choice is stored in your browser, on this device only. The button below resets it: the banner comes back and you can answer differently. Clearing your browser’s site data has the same effect. For any question: contact@flows-studio.com.
