Your customers share information with your agent. It is stored in the European Union, never used to train the AI, and the agent only answers from what you have approved. Here are the details.
Where the data lives
The Flows Studio platform is built on Vercel and Supabase, with a database hosted in the European Union. Your agent's knowledge base and conversation history are stored there.
The AI model
Agents use Anthropic's Claude models. A data processing agreement is in place with the model provider, and none of your customers' data is used to train the AI.
What the agent says and does not say
The agent only answers from the information you have approved. You decide which topics it never handles on its own; it passes them to your team.
Cookies
The Flows Studio widget sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Data processing follows the GDPR. Our sub-processors are listed on the Sub-processors page, and access or deletion requests are made on the Your data page.
